Denmark is the happiest nation with Israel at 13th, USA at 14th, UK at 23rd and China at 83rd position (as in 2016).
India, at 118th on GNH.

There is also another statistical dispersion parameter called GINI:
GINI Coefficient governs the “the inequality among values of a frequency distribution (for example, levels of income)” or in other words i.e. “opportunity in-equality”, “income in-equality” etc.
The lower the GINI the better.

Australia leads with Israel at 16th, China at 32nd, UK at 33rd and USA at 34th (as per 2009 report).

India at 79th on GINI.

Plan Recompilation Once the Query Optimizer has come up with a plan, which may have taken a considerable amount of work, SQL Server does its best to ensure that you can leverage all that costly work again. It does this by caching the plan it just created, and taking steps to ensure that the plan is reused as widely as possible. It does this by using parameterization options.
